Do you help me calculate my calories and macros?

Yes! Melissa understands how important it is to have a plan that is personalized to your body and your goals. In each program, you will receive custom calorie and macro targets. 

I have a super busy schedule and am afraid this won’t work for me. How will I know I’ll see results? 

I’m going to be real with you. I can’t guarantee your results because I can’t do the work for you. Ultimately, you get out what you put in. However, what I can guarantee is that I’m going to do everything in my power to help hold you accountable to accomplish the goals you set out to achieve. 

As someone who travels frequently throughout the year, my life can be crazy. But having a hectic schedule is not an excuse or a reason not to achieve your dream body. Instead of giving up and telling yourself you’re “not meant to lose the weight”, I’m going to help you embrace the crazy!! Life isn’t going to get less chaotic. You can lose weight while traveling, working a 40+ hour work week, or going to school full time. I’m here to teach you how to implement small habit changes to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and finally lose the weight for good. 

I’ve tried so many different diets. How is this program different?

Let me guess - in the past, you’ve been told you need to cut out all your favorite foods to lose weight. You’ve been told that you have to spend hours in the gym and only eat chicken and broccoli if you want to see results. You’ve also been told that carbs are evil and to avoid sugar at all costs. Well, you’ve been told wrong. 

In the MMN program, you are not following a cookie-cutter plan. There are no detoxes, meal replacement shakes, or restrictive meal plans. You will learn exactly what you need to eat to lose weight and how much you need to be eating to accomplish your goals using a flexible dieting, balanced approach to weight loss.
